We divide India into 6 shipping zones. Delivery timelines are business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement.

For orders above 5 kg, an additional per-kg charge applies based on zone.
A small packaging charge applies for orders shipped outside Bangalore to ensure safe transit of grocery products. Bangalore deliveries have no packaging charge. The packaging charge is shown at checkout.
Free delivery is available only for orders within Bangalore when your order subtotal is ₹350 or above. Below ₹350 within Bangalore, a flat ₹50 delivery fee applies. Free delivery is not available for orders outside Bangalore.
The following product categories are available for delivery within Bangalore only and cannot be shipped to other locations:
If your cart contains restricted items and you enter a non-Bangalore pincode, these items will be automatically identified and you will be asked to remove them before proceeding.
For outside-Bangalore orders, tracking details (AWB number, courier name, tracking URL) will be shared via WhatsApp once the shipment is dispatched.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or address inaccessible, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If all attempts fail, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
GST is applicable on all products as per Indian tax law. For orders within Karnataka, CGST + SGST applies. For interstate orders, IGST applies. The tax breakdown is shown at checkout.
