Tender coconut Payasam

Healthy tender coconut payasam receipe

Ingredients:
Finely chopped tender Coconut pieces-1/4cup
Coconut milk (1big Coconut) tender Coconut water-1cup
readymade Coconut milk-1/4
cup condensed milk-2tbsp
palm jaggery -100g
water - 3tbsp
fried cashews

Steps:
1. scrape off the tender coconut
2. Chop it into small pieces refrigerate until use
3. Ground a handful of tender coconut to a fine paste
4. Add coconut pieces and 1 cup of coconut water into mixi jar and grind it
5. Sqeeze out the coconut milt from mixi jar using a muslin cloth
6. Take 100 gram of Palm Jaggery
7. Boil Until the jaggery dissolves and turns slightly syrupy
8. Filter and allow it cool down
9. Heat 1 sp of Ghee in small kauai
10. Fry 10-12 pieces of cashews until turns golden brown
11. Take a large vessel and add the tender coconut paste
12. Add 2sp condensed milk and ready made coconut milk
13. Add the coconut milk and palm jaggery syrup
14. Add the tender coconut pieces and fried cashews
15. Tender coconut payasam is ready
