Little Millet Flakes Upuma
Healthy Millet Flakes recipe
Steps:
1. Take 1 cup of Little millet millet flakes
2. Wash and drain the water
3. Add Salt, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
4. Mix well
5. Heat a pan and add 3 tsp of oil, 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 3 tsp of peanut
6. Add two chopped onion.
7. Add 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
8. Add required Salt, chopped carrot and green peas
9. Add Millet Flakes and mix well
10. Finally add some lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
11. Garnish with Sev and Coconut
