Kodo Millet Bottle Gourd Pulao

Simple and Healthy Millet Recipe

Steps:
1.Take one cup of Kodo Millet
2.Roast on Medium flame for 10 minutes
3.Take 1/4 cup of moong dhal
4.Roast on Medium flame for 10 minutes
5.Add Kodo millet and moong dhal to a bowl
6.Wash it few minutes
7.To a blender add 5 pices of garlic and add 1 tsp of jeera grind to paste
8.Add 3tbsp of cooking oil and add 1/2 tsp of mustard seed,1/2 tsp Urad dhal,4 red chillies, few curry leaves
9.Add 1 onion finely chopped and add the ground paste and then sauce until onion turns light brown.
10.Add 1 tomato finely chopped and sauce till they become soft.
11.Add chopped bottle gourd mix well add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder &add 1 tsp of somber powder& 1tsp chilli powder and then mix well
12.Add 2 1/2 cups of water add salt as needed and then wait till the water starts to boil now add the washed millet and dhal mix well and 1/4 tsp hing add some fresh coriander leaves
13.Then pressure cook for 1 whistle
