Dry Ginger Kashaya Recipe

South Indian specialty Kashaya
Ingredients :
1. Dried Ginger Powder : 1 tsp
2. Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
3. Black Pepper Corn : 1/2 tsp
4. Dried Holy Basil : 1/2 tsp
5. Palm jaggery powder : 1 tbsp
6. Water : 2 cups
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients and boil for couple of minutes.
2. Strain it. Serve hot.
